What we collect
Only when you buy the book online: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the order details (quantity, amount, date). Your card details are processed by Stripe alone; we never see or store them.
Why we use it
- To fulfil your order and post the book to you (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To contact you about the delivery.
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation, GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
We don’t use your details for advertising and we don’t sell them.
Who we share it with
- Stripe: payment processing and receipts (Stripe privacy policy).
- The postal service or courier: only what is needed for delivery.
- Our web host, to run the website.
How long we keep it
Delivery details for as long as needed to complete the order and handle any return. Order records for as long as Cypriot tax law requires for accounting records.
Cookies and third-party services
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address. The checkout page belongs to Stripe, which uses its own cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, contact us. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
